Have a toddler who loves to paint but always trying to eat the paint? Try this easy setup activity!
Pour some water into an ice cube tray and add various food coloring to each compartment. Wrap the tray with tin foil and use a knife to make small slits in the center of each hole. Insert popsicle sticks into each hole and freeze. The tin foil helps keep the popsicle sticks standing straight up!
When frozen and ready to play, take out the ice popsicles and let them melt a little bit before playing. Then have fun painting over paper! This is a fun, taste safe and mess free activity. If things get too wet, try using thicker paper or water color paper, enjoy!
